Screw the two rails together using the key to position the seat and bowl

Position the footrest at the front of the tank and secure it to the rails

Attach the rails to the back of the rower, position the spatulas on the footrest and screw the wheels to the back of the rower

Pull the seat back, fasten the straps together and fill the tank with a maximum of 18 litres of water
